James L. Tibbits passed away on Wednesday, May 20, 2020, at Crestridge Nursing Home in Maquoketa, Iowa.

A graveside service and burial celebrating his life will be held at a later date from the Wayne Cemetery, McIntrye, Iowa.

Carson Celebration of Life Center in Maquoketa is caring for the family.
