Bellevue, Ia., Dec. 22--The funeral of Mrs. Gerhart Roling was held from St. Joseph's church and was largely attended. The Rosary society, of which she was a member attended in a body. The deceased was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Herman Soppe and had lived the 53 years of her life on a farm near here. Two years ago they purchased a nice home on North Second street that she might enjoy a well-earned rest. She leaves to mourn her loss, besides her husband, one son and two daughters, her aged mother, seven sisters and two brothers. The son resides on the farm north of town.
