Charlie Petersen died this morning at the home of his wife's parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. Raab. He was brought here six weeks ago from Oakdale. Deceased's health had been undermined from service in the Philippine Islands. He worked for a number of years in the Anamosa penitentiary and the close confinement brought on tubercular trouble. He leaves to mourn his loss a wife and three children, two little girls, Myrtle and Alberta and a little son, Lester. He was about 26 years of age. Funeral arrangements not yet completed.
