Ronald was born on January 23, 1939 and passed away on Thursday, September 5, 2019.

Ronald was a resident of Maquoketa, Iowa at the time of passing.

He was educated in Jackson County Country School #2 near Springbrook and attended Bellevue Marquette High School.

In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, a Ronald T. Horan Sr. memorial fund has been established.
