Celebration of Life Services are pending from the Carson Celebration of Life Center in Maquoketa for 81 Year Old, Teresa M. Welch, of Colorado Springs, Colorado and formerly of Maquoketa, Iowa.

Teresa M. Welch passed away on Thursday, September 12, 2019 at the Center at Cordera in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Services are pending and will be announced under the care of the Carson Celebration of Life Center in Maquoketa.
