Annie Elizabeth Boyer, age 78 of Miles, passed away Friday, August 2, 2019 at Eagle Point Nursing Home in Clinton. Private funeral services were held on Monday, August 5th with burial in Oakland Cemetery. The Pape Funeral Home assisted the family.

Annie was born in Clinton on February 26, 1941, the daughter of George and Marian (Herrick) Slaughter. She married Russell Boyer in 1956 in Clinton. Annie was employed at the Odeon Club, Swift and Company and Products Unlimited in Sabula. She enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren, playing bingo, embroidering, puzzles and collecting Elvis memorabilia.

Annie is survived by her daughter, Debra (Brent) Marburger of Sabula; her son, Chuck (Tammy) Boyer of Grand Saline, TX; 11 grandchildren, Trent, Kyle, Shane, Wyatt, Audra, Misty, Cory and Lee; and 11 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; 2 brothers, Charles and Donald and a sister, Thelma.

Private funeral services were held on Monday, August 5th with burial in Oakland Cemetery.
