Obituary

Mary Tooley was born April 18, 1846, in Belmont County, Ohio, and passed away at her home in Maquoketa on Tuesday, January 11, 1921. Her death was due to a stroke, which affected her right side and caused much suffering. Mrs. Tooley moved to Iowa when she was fifteen years of age. She leaves her husband, George Tooley, one daughter, living in Portland, Oregon, one in Ringwood, Okla., one in Cedar Rapids. She is also survived by three sons living in Maquoketa and one in Kansas City, Mo., and one brother, who lives here.

Funeral services were conducted by Rev. John Wattertson, Wednesday afternoon, and the body was laid to rest in Mt. Hope cemetery.
