Preston, Ia. July 7--Mrs. Emma Bohnsack, aged 55 years, 7 months and 14 days, passed away at her home at 5 o'clock a.m. after several months of illness. The deceased was born Nov. 16, 1861, and on March 7, 1880, she was married to John Bohnsack of Preston, where they have since resided. Mrs. Bohnsack's friends were numbered by her acquaintances.

Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon, with short services at her late residence at 2 o'clock, and the funeral sermon preached at the Lutheran church by Rev. Julius Moehl. Interment was made in the Preston cemetery.
