William E. Kretschmer, 72, of Baldwin, Iowa, passed away on Tuesday, February 12, 2019, at the Jackson County Regional Health Center in Maquoketa, Iowa.

A private burial will be held at the Rock Island National Cemetery, Rock Island, Illinois.

Among survivors is his longtime girlfriend, Judy Kennedy of Baldwin, Iowa.
