KENNETH MEEHAN

Cascade, Ia. – Special: Funeral services for Kenneth Meehan, who died Friday from inhaling carbon monoxide gas fumes will be held from the home in Bernard, Ia., to St. Patrick’s Catholic Church at North Garryowen., Monday morning at 9 o’clock.

Requiem mass will be read by Rev. L. W. Loosbrock. Burial will be in the cemetery adjoining the church. He was born at Bernard, Feb. 12, 1912, son of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Meehan.

He is survived by his parents; one brother, Carl of Bernard; and four sisters, Lucille and Cleo of Dubuque; Mrs. Ray McGrane of Rockford, Ill., and Mary Helen of Bernard.

Two sisters and one brother preceded him in death.

Bernard, Ia. – Special: Funeral services for Kenneth Meehan, 29, were held here Monday morning from the family home to St. Patrick’s Church at No. Garryowen at 9 o’clock with the Rev. P. F. Malone, pastor, celebrating the requiem mass.

Burial was in the adjoining cemetery. The pallbearers were: Eugene Mahoney, Clem Malloy, George Federspiel, James Kenneally, Paul Leonard, and Lloyd Stanton.
Mr. Meehan was found dead Thursday night in his automobile, the result of carbon monoxide fumes.
