NEIL FRANCIS KENNEALLY

Neil Francis Kenneally, age 81, Bernard, passed away at 3:05 p.m. Monday, November 11 at Mercy hospital, Dubuque, where he had been a patient for the past 4 years.

Funeral services will be held Thursday morning, November 14 from the Devaney Funeral Home, Cascade, to St. Patrick's church, North Garryowen, where the pastor, the Rev. James Cassidy, will read the Requiem Mass at 9:30 a.m. Burial will be made in the parish cemetery.

Mr. Kenneally was born at North Garryowen April 11, 1882, a son of Edward and Ellen (Sullivan) Kenneally. He married Mary Molony in 1914. He farmed all of his life at North Garryowen.

Survivors include his wife, Mary; 2 sons, Joseph, of Bernard, and James, of Dubuque; 2 daughters, Mrs. Dorrance (Marie) McDonnell of Dubuque, and Mrs. James (Imelda) Slattery of Bernard; 2 sisters, Mrs. Austin Alexander and Miss Josephine Kenneally, both of Cedar Rapids; 7 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
