James T. Shannahan

James T. Shannahan, born, Apr. 13, 1937, son of Mr. and Mrs. Leo Shannahan, passed away at the City Memorial Hospital, Maquoketa, Saturday evening, January 15 at about 11 o'clock.

Besides his parents he is survived by one brother, Allan, two sisters — Jean and Joyce, and his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Pat Shannahan.

The funeral was held Monday morning at 10 o'clock from the Devaney Funeral Home to St. Patrick's Church, North Garryowen, with The Rev. Fr. P. F. Malone, officiating . Burial was in the adjoining cemetery.

Pallbearers were his uncles—Donald and John Shannahan and Joe and Ed. Donovan.
