ST. DONATUS, Ia. – Roman P. Heinricy, 48, pastmaster and general store operator, died Friday at his home here.

Services will be at 9 a.m. Monday at St. Donatus Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Friends may call Sunday at the Kempter-Gallagher Funeral Home in Bellevue, Ia.

Surviving are his wife, Mary; three sons, Ronald, Roger and Dennis, at home; two daughters, Rita, at home; Mrs. Roger Gerardy, St. Donatus; two grandchildren; two brothers, Art of La Motte, Ia.; Julius, Dubuque; four sisters, Mrs. Erwin Theisen, La Motte; Mrs. Albert Kutsch, and Mrs. Maurice Lampe, both of Dubuque; Mrs. Ed Hoffman, St. Donatus.

He was a member of the St. Donatus Holy Name Society and the Bellevue Knights of Columbus.

The rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

Despite what the obituary says about burial in Bellevue, he is actually buried at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Dubuque.
