Maquoketa, Iowa

Clinton T. Lamar, 41, of 410 W. Monroe St., Maquoketa, died Monday morning, March 28, 1988, at St. Luke's Hospital, Davenport.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday in the chapel of the Haylock, O'Hara & Kedley Funeral Home, Maquoketa, where friends may call until 9 p.m. Wednesday.

Mr. Lamar was an accountant.

He was born May 4, 1946, at Evansville, Ind., son of Clinton M. and Dorothy Mae (Fulkerson) Lamar. He graduated from Washington (Ind.) High School and Scott Community College, Bettendorf. He married Patricia Ann Presson June 7, 1969 at Maquoketa.

He was an avid bowler. He was an Air Force veteran of the Vietnam war.

Surviving besides his wife are a daughter, Crystal, and a son, Clinton Travis II, both at home; his mother, Mrs. Dorothy Lamar of Clinton; a sister, Miss Zandra Lamar of Newburgh, Ind.; and three brothers, Daniel J. of Garden Grove, Calif., John "Rocky" of Olathe, Kan., and Timothy S. of Denver Colo.
