The funeral of Edward Sweeney was held this morning from the home near Bernard, Ia. To the Immaculate Conception Church at Silva, Ia. at 10 o'clock. A requiem mass was read by Father Mullin, pastor, and at the cemetery adjoining the church Father Mullin said the last prayers

The casket was supported by Joe and James Maloney, Tony Long, David Dinley, James Ryan and Eddie Smith.
