Stanley J. Scoby, 75, died Thursday, July 18, 1996, in Crestridge Nursing Home, Maquoketa, after a long illness. Graveside services 10 a.m. Monday, Esgate Cemetery, rural Maquoketa. There will be no public visitation. Arrangements are with Carson & Son Funeral Home. Survivors include his wife, Clara, and a sister, Cecelia Sprague of Maquoketa
