Maquoketa, Iowa

Services wil be at 3 p.m. Monday from the Carson-Balster funearl home for Harry w. Gilmore, 69, who died Friday night at his home at Maquoketa. He had been ill for 11 months. The Rev. H. D. Green, pastor of the Methodist church, will officiate, and burial will be in Streets cemetery near Maquoketa.

Gilmore was born July 25, 1879, at Marion, son of Mr. and Mrs. William Gilmore. He married Eunice Streets Feb. 10, 1904. (Iowa marriage records give date as 9 Feb 1904)

Surviving are his wife; two sons, Lynne, of Maquoketa, and Ralph, of Delmar; two brothers, Gordon of Maquoketa, and John, of Iron Hills; a sister, Mrs. Marie Sagers of Iron Hill, and one grandchild.
