SABULA DEATHS

Charles A. Swift, one of Sabula's older citizens and a veteran of the Civil War, died at his home on Broad Street in Sabula, Wednesday evening. He had been critically ill for a number of weeks and his death, while not totally unexpected, was nevertheless a great shock to his many relatives and friends. He was 73 years old at the time he passed away. The funeral services were held at the M. E. church on Saturday afternoon and interment was made in Evergreen cemetery.
