Mrs. Frances Gerlich, one of Bellevue's aged and esteemed residents passed away Tuesday at 1:45 o'clock, aged 80 years. She was born in Germany and came to Bellevue from Galena, twenty-six years ago. Her husband died five years previous to that time. She is survived by two sons and one daughter, Paul M. of Galena, Mike of Bellevue and Mrs. J. J. Maloney of Dubuque. Also sixteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren. She was a sister of the late Mike Altfilisch and of Anton Altfilisch.
