JOHN ERPELDING DIES AT INDEPENDENCE

John Erpelding, 68, died Tuesday at midnight at Independence after an illness following several strokes. The funeral will be held Friday morning and the requiem mass will be held at 9 0’clock at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Bellevue and burial will be made at St. Joseph’s cemetery. Surviving are the widow, formerly Rose Kalmes and one son Lawrence of St. Petersburg, Florida. Also several brothers and sisters.
