Death of an Infant.

Elizabeth, daughter of Arteman and Retta Kellogg was born Oct. 11, 1907, and died April 13th, 1908, at the age of six months and two days. The baby had always been a healthy robust child until about two weeks prior to her death when she was taken sick and a complication of diseases kept entwining about the little body until life was crowded out. All that could possibly be done in the way of medical aid and nurses was done but to no avail. Funeral services were held at the M. E. church Tuesday afternoon by Rev. Van Horn, with interment in the cemetery here. Misses Avalda Bates and Grace Denick, with Mrs. Fred Menneke at the organ, sang “One Sweetly Solemn Thought.”

Mr. and Mrs. Kellogg have the sympathy of the entire community in this their deepest affliction.
