George Fitzgibbons died Monday night at Mercy Hospital at 12 o’clock after lying in a state of unconsciousness for four days from a fractured skull, caused by the kick of a horse’s hoof. Mr. Fitzgibbons resided with his mother on a farm near Mellary. Last Wednesday he was returning from LaMotte, where he had been on business, and he was nearing his home he was thrown from his horse which kicked him in the head as he alighted on the ground.
