DIED-

KULGA-Anna Barbara Colte was born in Baden, Germany, Dec. 4, 1831, and came to this country with her family in the year 1872. In 1861 she was married to Peter Shuba. This union was blessed with six children, two of whom are dead. In the year 1887 she was married a second time to John Kulga of Clinton, Iowa, with whom she lived happily until death claimed her on Feb. 7th. Her remains were brought to Maquoketa Monday evening and taken to the home of her nephew, Jacob Becker. Funeral services were held from the Evangelical Church, Rev. Sheurer of Wilton Junction presiding.
