Pvt. Donald Cheney Meets Death in Army

BELLEVUE- Pvt. Donald Cheney, 22, was killed in an accident Monday night, at Lake Murray, Ardmore, Oklahoma, it was learned here Tuesday by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Cheney. No particulars were available.

Private Cheney was born in Bellevue and graduated from the Bellevue High School. He had been in the service since December 11, 1942. Funeral services will be held in Bellevue.
