DIED-

William H. Ward, of Prairieburg, Linn County, Iowa, after an illness of over twenty years, died August 8, 1895. He was in his seventieth year. He was born in Warren County, New York, and will be remembered by many of our readers. At the age of fourteen he had a severe illness which left him a confirmed cripple. He came to Iowa in 1856. He has written more or less for nearly every paper in Iowa, and he wrote and published a book of considerable merit, entitled “All Sides of Life.”
