Judge Kelso received a cable telegram from Ireland Wednesday morning bringing the sad intelligence of the death of his oldest brother, Dr. John Kelso, who died last Sunday of paralysis. Dr. Kelso was an old and eminent physician of Ireland, greatly respected in his profession and out of it, and died very wealthy.
