George Willison

George Willison was born at Iron Hill, Ia., Feb. 27, 1863, and passed away at this home, near Iron Hill Friday morning, October 15, 1920 at 12:30, aged 57 years, 7 months and 18 days.

He was united in marriage to Miss Nettie Bowling Feb. 6, 1887. To this union were born four children; three sons and one daughter, Clarence of Maquoketa, Howard of Onslow, Mrs. Harland Welch of Iron Hill and Arthur at home, who with the bereaved wife are left to mourn the loss of a devoted father and husband.

Besides these he leaves three grand children, five sisters and two brothers Mrs. Wm. Noll, Sioux Falls, S. D.; Mrs. John Kuhn, Flandreau, S. D.; Mrs. Reuben Green, Estherville, Ia.; Mrs. Ervin Eads and Mrs. Fred Crabb of Emeline; Jacob Willison of West Union, Ia.; and John at Iron Hill, Iowa, besides a host of friends.

The funeral will be held at the Iron Hill church Sunday afternoon, Dr. Morgan of Maquoketa officiating.
