Mr. William Cheatley, another old settler of Bellevue township, has gone the way of all the earth. He died last Friday in the 75th year of his age. Mr. Cheatley was born in Donegal county, Ireland, in 1807, and came to America in 1834, and to Bellevue in 1846. He was a farmer, an upright citizen and an honest man. He leaves a wife and several grown up children to mourn his loss.
