News reached here Friday that Mrs. Jane Rafferty had passed away at the home of her daughter, Mrs. John Penney at South Garryowen that morning. Mrs. Rafferty was one of the early settlers of the community and has many friends who extend sympathy to the bereaved family in their sorrow.
