Rev. F. Ellis yesterday received the sad news of the death of his brother Elmer which occurred at Mt. Vernon on that day, and he at once departed for that place. The young man was in his usual health but fell dead while walking in the yard. He was 27 years of age and unmarried. He was a student at Cornell college, taking the civil engineering course and his sudden death is a great shock to relatives and friends.
