DIED

In Bridgeport, Jackson County, Iowa, on the 31st of May, after a severe illness of six weeks. Mrs JULIA ANN, wife of JONATHAN J. HOFIUS, in the 17th year of her age. She was an affectionate wife, and leaves a large circle of friends to mourn her loss, which is deeply felt by all who knew her.
