DIED

BROCKETT-In Fairfield Township, Jackson county, Iowa, March 13, 1872, of Consumption, Mrs. Ann Brockett, aged 38 years.
Deceased was born in the city of Dundee, Scotland, and emigrated to this country with her parents in the year 1854. Was an affectionate wife, a faithful mother and a good and true woman. Her loss is a sad one to the bereaved companion and his two motherless boys.
