BELLEVUE — Daugherty, 76, of Bellevue, died Thursday at Mill Valley Care Center, Bellevue.

Burial will be in the parish cemetery.

She was born Nov. 16, 1930, in Dubuque to Edward and Myrtle Grant Rowan Sr. She married James J. Daugherty on Feb. 16, 1949, Bellevue. He died in 1990.

She worked with Ensign Coil, Bellevue, for many years.

Survivors include one son, James Daugherty Jr. of Bellevue; one daughter, Lois Friedman of Dubuque; five grandchildren; two brothers, Milton Rowan, Bellevue, and Eldon Rowan of Couerd’Alene, Idaho; and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one daughter, one brother and one daughter-in-law.
