Minnie E Ingwersen, 84, formerly of Miles, died Saturday in DeWitt Community Hospital.

The funeral will be 1:30p.m. Tuesday in St. John Lutheran Church, with Rev. Ron Drury officiating. visitation will be from 2 to 6 P.M. today in Miller Funeral Home. Burial will be in Miles Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Robert Flemming, Darrell Daniels, Dan Kunau, Melvin and Marvin Peahl, and Donald Burmeister.

Mrs. Ingwersen was born Sept 22, 1903, near Preston, to Nick and Anna Burmeister Rehr. She married Ingwer Ingwersen, March 15 1922, He died in 1975. She lived in Miles for more tan 40 years and had been a patient at Westwing Place, DeWitt, for the past year. Mrs. Ingwersen was a member of St. John Lutheran Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. LeRoy (Vera) Peahl, of Grand Mound; a granddaughter; a great-great granddaughter; and a sister, Elsie Rehr, of Maquoketa.
She was preceded in death by four sisters and a brother.
