A very festive occasion transpired of a matrimonial nature on December 24th at LaMotte, Rev. Asa Countryman officiating. The groom is Peter Wilson, a gentleman of correct and active business habits, and son of John Wilson Esq., postmaster and merchant. The bride is Aggie R., accomplished daughter of F. R. Morse, Esg., one of the solid men of the town. Seldom have there been a more appropriate union and a more promising future for a happy wedded life, and seldom transpired a more enjoyable affair of like character than the one we chronicle here.
