Frank J. Trenkamp is hereby Honorably Discharged from the military service of the United States of America. MOS Light mortar crewman, Combat Infantry badge. Served in Algeria, French Morocco, Tunisia, Italy. Decorations and citations: Good conduct medal, Purple Heart medal, Silver Star medal, Bronze Star medal, six overseas service bars and one service stripe. Wounded in action in Italy January 31, 1944. Grade at discharge PFC.
