BELLEVUE

One of our agents, in writing to us, thus speaks of Bellevue: Its location is beautiful and commanding with several large stores and one of the best flouring mills in the state of Iowa, owned by E. G. Potter & Sons, who by their business tact and generosity, have done more for the farming community by better prices for wheat than any other mill on the river.

He also speaks of the Sublett House as being number one, and decidedly the best that he has met during his travels. Persons traveling will find it to their comfort in making it one of their stopping places for a few days rest. Its proprietor, Mr. Haslip and landlady spare no pains in making their customers feel perfectly at home; besides, they will at every road find their table loaded with the very best that the country can afford and served up in the best possible manner.
