Jackson Sentinel, September 6, 1888

At the residence of A. G. Henderson, in this city, Thursday evening, August 10th, I888, by Rev. B. D. Smith, James Q. Henderson, of Sioux City, Iowa, and Miss Mattie Sankey, of Walnut, Iowa. The bride is a pretty young lady and is said to be a cousin of the linking evangelist, Ira D. Sankey. The groom is the son of A. G. Henderson, one of our old and respected citizens. "Jim" is a printer by trade, and a good one, too. He has recently established a job office in Sioux City, where we are glad to know he is prospering. Yesterday they departed for tbe "Corn Palace" city, where they will take up housekeeping and make their future home. Our best wishes attend them.
