CORRECTION

In our SpringBrook correspondence last week appeared an item we wish to recall. The item stated that Tony Altfilisch had been arrested and jailed in Chicago, charged with being an accessory to a murder. There is not a word of truth in that statement. Mr. Altfilisch has never been charged with commission of any crime and is a young man of good repute. The story, perhaps grew out of the fact that Mr. Altfilisch was summoned as a juror in the Prendergast murder trial, now in progress in a Chicago court. We regret the publication of the item very much.
