Thomas Wright, Plaintiff

vs.

Alfred Wright, Samuel S. Wright, Mary Coolidge, Cordelia Coolidge, Harriet Barton, Eliza Goodenow, Malona Wright, Helen Billups, and Abigaial Wright, guardian of Malona Wright, a minor, Defendants.

Petition of Plaintiff stating he and the defendants are owners of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 24 in Twp 84 N, Range 2 East of the 5th P.M. (this is the northeast quadrant of Maquoketa), asking for judgment for partition and sale of the real estate.
