Senator J. W. Jenkins-

Repeal of the usury laws-
Senator J. W. Jenkins of Jackson County, gave notice of a bill for the repeal of the Usury Laws, and also for the formation of the 11th Judicial District. We understand it is to be composed of Jackson, Clinton and Jones Counties.

Senator Jenkins is a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee.
