Bellevue Leader, Bellevue, Iowa, December 30, 1943

MISSING IN ACTION

Dr. J. C. Dennison informs the Leader that he received a message this morning from the Secretary of War announcing that his grandson, Lt. John N. Dennison is missing in action since December 20, 1943.

Lt. Dennison received his commission and wings last summer and has been in active service as a navigator on bombing runs over Germany the past several months. He is a graduate of the Bellevue High School with the class of 1941. He is the eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. John R. Dennison, formerly of Bellevue, and is about 20 years of age.
