Last Will and Testament of Joseph C. Day, deceased

1. After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts, I give and bequeath to my son, Charles Day all my interest in the hardware stock under firm name of J. C. Day & Son and also to my son Charles Day Lots 6, 7, and 8 in Half Block 4 now owned by me and used as a store building by J. C. Day & Son, also all of Water Lot 31 all in the Town of Sabula.

2. I further bequeath unto my beloved wife Sophia Day and my daughter, Lulu Gray, my son Charles, my daughter Fida Gibbs, each share and share alike equally between them all, the balance of property, both real and personal that I may own or possess at the time of my death. I further stipulate that any debts I may have shall be shared equally among all of the above named.

3. I appoint Charles Day and Ralph Gibbs Executors, without bond.
