BELLEVUE TOWN LOTS

I have made at great trouble and expense an abstract of title of each town lot situated in Bellevue, Iowa, as shown by the records of the county, from the Government down to the present time. The charges for giving the name of the purchaser from the Government with the history of the transfers as shown by the records to the present time, $2.50, & my opinion of the validity of the title, $5.00, which if requested will be written. Communications in relation thereto addressed me through mail will be promptly attended to if pre-paid & fee enclosed.
