NOTICE

Is hereby given that the undersigned administrator of the estate of Enoch Wright, deceased, has filed his petition in the County Court of Jackson County, Iowa, showing that the personal assets of the said estate have been exhausted, that a large amount of debts remain unpaid, and praying license to sell a part of said real estate of said decedent to pay said debts, and the said petition is set for hearing at the April term, A.D. 1860 of said Court.
