Married. CRANE - BELDEN

At the residence of the bride's parents at Canton, Thursday, June 17th, 1886, by Rev. S.F. Millikan, Mr. Elmer Crane, to Miss Lutie A. Belden. This is a nuptial occasion that has been in expectancy for some time and their many friends will hear of its consummation with pleasure. The bride is the accomplished daughter of Dr. M.J. Belden, and the groom, is the second son of Postmaster Crane, of this city, an industrious, upright, young man. He has for some time held the office of telegraph operator at Scranton, and there the couple will locate.

The wedding was an enjoyable occasion, and many handsome presents were given. The SENTINEL was not forgotten and while we return thanks for cake we wish Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Crane much happiness and abundant prosperity. - 24 Jun 1886, Jackson Sentinel, Maquoketa, Iowa, pg 1.
