Woods turns over Excelsior to Belden

Retires - With this issue of the Excelsior, Colonel J.J. Woods retires from its control, and is succeeded by W.S. Belden, who has just returned from the South. Our intercourse with Colonel Woods, since his connection with that paper, has been marred by no "unpleasantness," and our best wishes go with him wherever his lot may be cast in the future and in whatever business he may engage.
