DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP
The partnership heretofore existing under the name and style of J. E. GOODENOW & CO., is hereby dissolved by mutual consent. All debts due said firm will be collected by J. E. Goodenow and all debts due from said firm will be paid by said J. E. Goodenow. The books, accounts &c are in the hands of Mr. C. Billups and Mr. R. S. Hadley, to be found at A. Fellows Drug Store, in the Union Block. Those knowing themselves indebted to said firm will call at once and settle by cash or note.
