Council Proceedings.

Sabula, Iowa, Nov. 13, 1899.

Council met in special session with Mayor Day presiding. A full council present except Trustee Lambert.

The meeting was called for the purpose of considering the proposition to give the Trustees of Union Township some of the city’s one-half mill road tax for the purpose of buying, grading and finishing a road through J. B. Doyle’s farm.

After the discussion Beesley moved and Gage seconded that the clerk issue an order to Supervisor Wells for $50.00 in behalf of the city to be used on said road. Council adjourned.
