Celebrates Ninety-first Birthday
David Wright, a pioneer resident of Maquoketa, observed his ninety-first birthday Friday by entertaining at a family dinner. Mr. Wright came to Maquoketa in 1841 and is its only surviving real pioneer. He is quite well for a man of his age, and has recovered real well from a bad fall a year ago, when he fractured his hip, and gets about easily with the aid of a cane.
